Contrix Inc. has no authority to bind the Publisher and orders are not final until accepted by the Publisher. All contractual relationships regarding subscriptions sold through this site are between the customer and the "Publisher" (as opposed to the customer and Contrix Inc.). In that regard, Contrix Inc. has no authority to bind the Publisher to any contract with any customer regarding any subscription that is available through this website.
